As a mother and grandmother, Linda Cassella has promoted early learning through reading. Colorful illustrations play a special role in children’s books. After retiring, she pursued a hobby in acrylic painting. With COVID restrictions in the summer of 2020, she enrolled in an online painting class that inspired her to paint a number of animal paintings. When her grandson started kindergarten online, she thought it would be interesting to have him help her come up with a story for these animals that he would soon be able to read by himself. This book is the result.
